The Office of the Ombudsman’s staff engaged in training in ‘Protocol, Business Image & Telephone Etiquette’ on Wednesday 15th and Thursday 16th January, 2025.  The programme was facilitated by Ms. Catherine Gordon, Principal Consultant of Catherine Gordon’s Institute of Finishing Elements.

The workshop covered areas such as effectively engaging clients via telephone and in person, professional business attire and conduct, the national order of precedence and the essentials of protocol. The programme was part of the Office’s focus on enhancing service delivery through affording staff opportunities for personal and professional development.
