The Office of the Ombudsman’s Investigations and Legal Units participated in a two-day intensive workshop from 27th to 28th August, 2024. The compact training retreat was facilitated to equip all officers involved in the investigation of complaints with enhanced skills and knowledge to expertly execute complaint investigation and resolution. The sessions also provided for ensuring standardised operations across all offices while building team morale and cohesion.
