The Office of the Ombudsman’s Investigations and Legal Units participated in a two-day workshop facilitated by Ms. Maria Mason-Roberts on the 11th and 12th of November, 2025.
The training retreat focused on topics relating to management skills and systemic data collection and analysis to aid in identifying patterns of maladministration, institutional performance and evidence-based reform. These areas covered will improve the Office’s execution of investigations and resolution work. Staff also gained insight on how to transform data into actionable solutions while maintaining transparency and accountability to improve service delivery.
